Vision Painters Ltd warrants labour and materials for a period of five (5) years from the date of completion where applicable. If paint failure appears within this period, Vision Painters Ltd will supply the labour and materials required to correct the condition at no cost to the client.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Vision Painters Ltd’s responsibility is limited solely to correcting the condition described above.
This warranty excludes and does not cover consequential or incidental damages caused by accident, abuse, normal wear and tear, temperature changes, building settlement, or moisture-related movement. This includes nail pops or cracks caused by expansion and contraction. Cracks will be properly prepared at the time of the job but are not covered under this warranty.
Excluded surfaces include painted or stained horizontal walking surfaces such as decks, floors, and steps, as well as dirt and mildew accumulation.
Paint failure resulting from rotted timber, structural defects, moisture intrusion, failure of previous coatings, insect infestation, or failure to meet manufacturer technical data sheet specifications by others prior to Vision Painters commencing work is not covered.
Vision Painters Ltd is not responsible for differences in paint colour when performing warranty work.
In certain circumstances, Vision Painters Ltd provides a two (2) year warranty on labour and materials from the date of completion.
If paint failure appears within this period, Vision Painters Ltd will supply the labour and materials required to correct the condition at no cost.
This warranty is also in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and is subject to the same exclusions and limitations outlined above.
